Using Fluent With AI Apps
Fluent helps AI assistants remember your Meals and Style information, plus any grocery or clothing budget you choose to set.
You continue talking to ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or another compatible AI app. Fluent provides the memory and actions behind that conversation.
What Changes
With Fluent connected, your assistant can:
- plan from confirmed food constraints, saved preferences, and current Meals context
- save a recipe or meal plan after you approve it
- maintain and reconcile the current grocery list
- answer Style questions from your actual closet, evidence, and saved media
- add, correct, refresh, or archive a Style item after explicit approval
- use the grocery or clothing budget you provided
The Normal Pattern
- Fluent brings in the relevant saved information.
- Your assistant separates confirmed details from guesses or outdated information.
- Your assistant explains its recommendation.
- It asks before saving or changing anything.
- Fluent makes the approved change and checks that it worked.
How Results Appear
Every AI app may present Fluent a little differently.
- ChatGPT and other compatible apps can show visual Fluent views.
- Every supported app can return the same information as text.
- Visual views present the same information saved in Fluent.
The current visual views are Grocery List, Budget Setup, and Style Closet Manager.
Availability
Managed Fluent is currently free.
The open-source version is available if you prefer to run Fluent yourself.
You can request an export or permanently delete your managed Fluent account. The Fluent team prepares and verifies exports before delivering them.
