What is Fluent?
Fluent keeps your closet in the AI you already use. Add the clothes you own, with photos, and your assistant can help you decide what to wear and whether something new is worth buying.
Is Fluent available now?
Yes. Online signup is open in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Fluent is free.
Do I need to switch AI assistants?
No. Fluent works in ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-compatible app, such as Codex. You keep talking to the assistant you already use.
Do I have to catalogue my whole wardrobe?
No. Start with a few pieces you wear often, or the ones that matter for a decision you're making now. Photos, pasted product images, links or a short list all work. See Add clothes.
What can I ask?
- "Should I buy this?" with a product link or screenshot. See Check a purchase.
- "What should I wear?" for an occasion, or "What should I pack?" for a trip. See Pick an outfit.
- "Show my closet" to browse and update what you've saved. See Your closet.
Who makes the recommendation?
Your AI assistant. Fluent keeps the closet items you ask it to save, so the assistant can answer from the clothes you own.
Can Fluent show me wearing something, or tell me my size?
No. Your assistant can compare a product with your closet, but it can't show how something will look on you or guarantee fit or size. A cleaned-up cover image is a presentation copy of your own photo, not a try-on.
Can Fluent buy things or track prices?
No. Product links open the retailer's website, and any purchase happens there. Fluent doesn't track prices or read your email.
Does Fluent have a visual closet?
Yes. Compatible AI apps can show your closet with photos and item details. You can always work through text too. Available views and controls vary by app.
Can I use the same closet in more than one app?
Yes. Connect the same Fluent account in each app. Your closet is shared; your chat history is not.
Can I export or delete my data?
Yes. You can request an export or permanently delete your Fluent account. See Privacy and your data.
