Fluent Docs
Fluent helps your AI remember what fits your life.
You do not use Fluent instead of ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or another MCP client. You connect Fluent to the assistant you already like, then keep the real interaction there.
How Fluent Feels
Start with Meals. Tell your assistant your food preferences, the kind of week you are planning for, and what you already have on hand. Fluent can help turn that into a weekly plan, a recipe card, and a grocery list. If you edit the plan, Fluent keeps the useful decisions around so the next request starts from what you already chose.
Style and Health use the same pattern. Your assistant gets remembered details, domain-specific tools, and a clearer way to help without making you repeat the same things every time.
Availability
Fluent is in early access and open source. Managed access is currently free, with access kept small while the pilot is monitored.
Use managed early access for the hosted path. The current flow will tell you whether to sign in right away or wait for an invite. Use the open-source runtime to inspect, self-host, or build.
