What Every Supported App Can Do

Every supported AI app can:

1. read the relevant Meals information
2. separate confirmed restrictions from preferences, guesses, and outdated details
3. draft a plan
4. save it only after explicit approval
5. maintain and reconcile the current grocery list
6. show the result as text

Grocery List

Compatible AI apps can show the Grocery List as a visual checklist. Other apps show the same saved list as text.

End-To-End Demo

1. Ask the assistant to plan from your Meals information.
2. Let the assistant draft next week.
3. Review and explicitly approve the plan.
4. Check the saved plan.
5. Make any explicit grocery-list changes.
6. Show the grocery list visually when supported, or as text.
7. After shopping, reconcile only the items the user confirms were bought or already available.

Differences Between AI Apps

• ChatGPT and other compatible apps may show the visual Grocery List.
• Every supported app can return a text list.
• An app may format the list as a table or card while keeping the saved Fluent information unchanged.
