What is Fluent
Fluent helps your AI remember what fits your life.
You still use ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, or a generic MCP client directly. Fluent is what lets that assistant remember the parts of your life that matter and act with better grounding across meals, style, and health.
The Idea
Most AI feels polished, but disposable.
You explain your preferences, your routines, and your constraints. Then you start a new chat or switch tools and have to explain them again. Fluent exists so the next conversation can start from something more durable than chat history.
How Fluent Fits
Fluent is not another chat app.
Fluent is not another dashboard you are meant to live inside.
Fluent sits underneath the assistant you already like and supplies the remembered details and tools that better answers depend on.
That means:
- meal planning can reflect your household, kitchen, and grocery reality
- style advice can reflect your actual closet and not just the item in isolation
- training help can reflect your current block and recent changes instead of starting cold
Three Domains
Meals
Meals is the clearest place to feel Fluent today. It helps your assistant plan dinners, generate groceries, stay grounded in kitchen inventory, and keep the week coherent.
Style
Style is where Fluent becomes memorable. It gives your assistant a real closet, a style profile, and enough memory to judge purchases, spot weak points, and avoid redundancy.
Health
Health adds training-aware memory around the week. It helps your assistant stay realistic about workouts, recovery, and adjustments without pretending to replace your coach.
Availability
Fluent is in early access and open source. Early access is currently free.
Use managed early access for the hosted path without running infrastructure yourself.
Use the open-source runtime to inspect, self-host, or build with Fluent.
Billing and account management are not part of the ChatGPT experience. If paid managed access is introduced later, those paths stay on meetfluent.app.
Technical Shape
Under the hood, Fluent runs as an MCP server. Supported assistants connect to Fluent as an external tool and use structured data from your meals, style, and health setup.
That shared contract is what lets early access and the open-source runtime carry the same tools, resources, and payload shapes even though the operating model is different.
